Support for Functionalities of the Frequency Stability Assessment System (FSAS) of Litgrid

Scope of the project includes providing technical assistance to Litgrid in creating new or modifying existing Frequency Stability Assessment System (FSAS) functionalities using MATLAB software and providing programming services related to the implementation of the necessary functionalities.
