Efficient integration of wind and solar power in Türkiye – A quantitative analysis of the Turkish power system – (Phase 2)

Different levels of renewable generation capacity scenarios are investigated through market and network (security constrained unit commitment, SCUC) algorithms. Flexibility options including battery, pump storage, demand response, and RES curtailment are considered as operational measures for increasing the level of RES in the grid.
